	To Organize non - executive workers and employees of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited To Promote social, education , economic and cultural up liftment of members To safegaurd the interest and rights of the members and redressal of their grievances and provide assistances To publish Journal (S). To start any welfare activities like consumer societies, Credit and Savings Scheme, Housing, Insurances etc. To maintain good relations between the employers andthe employees To help-the members in accordance with the provisions of Industrial Dispute Act. 1947 and other service related laws, rules and regulations
